This is a video from an old scrapped project with a friend for a tongue in cheek turf war between an earth based MEGA CORP and its alien competitors. As you can see it was heavily inspired by the classic flash game GEM "Age Of War". It was to be a demo of our skills for portfolios (him code, myself art). But we moved onto the Gladius Games project instead.
I will be sharing the assets I contributed so they are not gathering dust on my hard drive like many of my work.
As you can see the gameplay took inspiration from the classic Age Of War
